iPhone & iPad (iOS Mail app)
Takes about 3 minutes. You’ll need your email address and password handy.
That’s everything — your email is connected. Nice work.
Android (Samsung or default Mail app)
Menus vary slightly between phone brands, but the settings are the same.
That’s everything — your email is connected. Nice work.
Mac (Apple Mail)
One screen in this process shows a scary-looking warning. It is expected — keep going.
That’s everything — your email is connected. Nice work.
Microsoft Outlook (Windows or Mac)
The manual setup checkbox is the important part — without it Outlook guesses the wrong settings.
That’s everything — your email is connected. Nice work.
Gmail (read and send from your Gmail account)

That’s everything — your email is connected. Nice work.
If something goes sideways.
The four things that trip people up most often, and what to do about each.
“Username or password incorrect”
Your username is the full email address, including the part after the @ — not just the first half. If you copied the password, check for a space at the end.
It says the server can’t be verified
On Apple devices this warning is normal during setup. Continue past it — the connection is still secure because port 993 and 465 both use SSL.
Mail arrives but won’t send
The outgoing server is the piece that’s wrong. Check it is smtp.hostinger.com on port 465, and that sign-in or authentication is switched on.
Nothing is arriving at all
Check the account type is IMAP, not POP. POP pulls mail onto one device and can hide it from the others.
Stuck somewhere?
If your screen looks different, or you’d rather we just do it with you on the phone — that’s what we’re here for.
