Answers, not sales talk

Frequently asked questions.

The questions small business owners ask us most. If yours is not here, call and ask — we like the tricky ones.

Websites & Design

How the build works, what you get, and how long it takes

How long does a website take?

Landing pages are typically delivered in 5–7 business days, and most full websites launch in 5–10 business days once we have your content — photos, service descriptions and your logo if you have one. Online stores take a little longer because of product setup and checkout testing.

What do I need to give you to get started?

A short description of your business, the services you want to highlight, and any photos or logo files you already have. If you do not have photos or a logo, we can design one and source professional imagery for you. A quick phone call is usually all it takes to get going.

Do I own my website?

Yes. The site is yours — the design, the content and the domain. We do not hold your site hostage, and you can move it to another host at any time.

Can you redesign my existing site?

Absolutely. We rebuild sites from WordPress, Wix, Squarespace and older custom sites all the time. We keep what is working, fix what is not, and make sure nothing you already rank for gets lost in the move.

Will my site work on phones?

Every site we build is designed for phones first, then tablets and desktops. Most small business traffic comes from a phone, so that is where we start.

Pricing & Payment

Straightforward numbers with no monthly agency retainer

How much does a website cost?

Landing pages start at $250 and full business websites of up to 8 pages start at $500. Our Sweet Spot Bundle pairs a full website with monthly marketing for $450 plus $89 a month. The exact price depends on how many pages you need and whether you want branding included — you get a fixed quote before any work starts, so there are no surprise invoices.

Is there a monthly fee?

Not for the website itself — the build is a one-time, flat price. Hosting with business email is $19 a month, billed once a year ($228), and your first year of hosting is free when we build your website. To cancel hosting, just give us 30 days’ notice before your renewal date. Marketing services — SEO, email marketing and social media management — start at $100 a month with no contracts, so you can cancel them at any time.

Do you take payment plans?

Yes. Most projects are split into a deposit to start and the balance when the site goes live. We accept PayPal, Stripe and standard bank payments.

What if I need changes later?

Small text and photo updates are quick and inexpensive. If you would rather handle updates yourself, we can walk you through exactly how, or quote a larger refresh when your business changes.

Marketing & SEO

Getting found by the customers already looking for you

Can you get my business on Google?

Yes. We set up and optimize your Google Business Profile, make sure your site is structured so Google can read it, and get your listing details consistent across the web. That combination is what drives local calls.

Do you do email marketing?

We design and set up campaigns in Mailchimp, including the templates, the signup form on your site and the automatic follow-up emails. You can send them yourself afterward, or we can handle sends for you.

How soon will I see results?

Local search results usually start moving within four to eight weeks once your listing and site are properly set up. Email campaigns tend to show results immediately — often within days of the first send.

Print & Branding

Logos, cards and everything that carries your name

Do you design logos?

Yes. Logo design can be bundled with a website or purchased on its own. You get the full file set — print, web and social versions — so your logo works everywhere.

Can you handle printing too?

We design business cards, brochures, mail-outs and shirts, and we can manage the printing and delivery through our print partners, or hand you print-ready files to use with your own printer.

What file formats do I get?

Vector source files plus ready-to-use PNG and JPG versions. Vector files can be scaled to any size — a business card or a truck wrap — without losing quality.
